Is maximizing revenue the priority? That’s how I work best anyways! We’ll handle all aspects your listing (Airbnb/VRBO) including photos, cleaning, and all tenant communication.
If steadier income is more your pace, a long-term rental may be preferred. I’ll draw up your leases, get you great tenants (whom you’ll hopefully never hear from!) and take care of any issues that arise along the way – all while keeping you informed however you prefer.
Hurricane Prep & Cleanup
I’ve been through several major hurricanes, causing storm surge (Ian & Irene), exceptional wind damage (Irma & Ian), and extreme rainfall (Florence, Irma, Ian). I’m a storm chaser too – and I understand weather. That’s why I warned those in low lying areas the day before hurricane Ian hit Southwest Florida to evacuate and move their belongings out of harms way. Sadly, I was right to worry, as storm surge inundated these areas the following day.
I can help you prepare with hurricane shutters – or just move your outdoor patio furniture inside. I can help with storm cleanup or find the right contractor to do your repairs.

With experience managing properties from Florida to North Carolina since 2011, Nick founded Four Palms Property Management in 2020 in the Naples area to serve member of the Southwest Florida town he currently resides in.
With exceptional demand for both short & long term rentals here in Naples, he saw an opportunity in early 2020 to help buyers make their real estate dreams a reality by buying & renting real estate in Southwest Florida.
